Throughout his career, Paul J. McMahon has successfully represented numerous companies in bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 11 reorganizations, with a special emphasis on Creditor's Rights. He has also represented clients through all forms of commercial disputes that arise from secured transactions, lending agreements, business contracts, and the like. Paul is also an experienced trial and appellate attorney who has litigated many jury and non-jury matters in federal and state trial and appellate courts.
Paul spent nearly two decades at large law firms before going out on his own. He has since built a successful practice and reputation for his thoroughness, preparation, and ethics in the legal community. He frequently serves as local counsel for out-of-state firms seeking his guidance on Florida-based matters. Likewise, he has expanded his practice to focus on mediation and arbitration, both locally and internationally. Paul holds a license to practice in both Florida and New Jersey.
